This December, a group of Surfgimp charity runners will be running the Rehoboth Beach Seashore Marathon / Half Marathon in support of the Surfgimp Foundation. Surfgimp's mission is to support, through financial grants, individuals with disabilities who require assistance to participate in desired physical activities.

Your donation will have a long-standing impact on the quality of someone's life. The monies raised will be used to provide financial grants to disabled individuals to purchase items such as:

1. Beach or off-road wheelchair

2. Equipment for educational sports camp for children who are blind or have low vision

3. Bike trailer & jogging stroller for racing

4. Specialized wheelchair for racing or playing basketball

5. Motorized portable scooter for someone who does not have a wheelchair accessible vehicle

6. Children’s weeklong sleep-away adaptive adventure camp

7. Lift to carry wheelchair on back of vehicle

8. Travel for adaptive sports competitions

9. Lessons and adaptive equipment for fishing, kayaking, horse back riding, snowboarding or surfing

10. Custom wetsuit
